Today I have made Famous Dry Masala Kachori from Jamnagar (Gujarat). In this, hole spices and diafruits have been used. Chatpta and spicy dry masala kachori..
STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan. Add all the spices to it, and cook it. Now let it cool down and grind it.
STEP 2.Mix salt, carom seeds and oil in the flour and make a soft dough. Now grind the vermicelli. Add powdered ground spices and red chili, turmeric, sesame, cashew, raisins and tamarind chutney and mix it well. Kachori masala is ready.
STEP 3.Now take a little dough from the flour. And take a small ball of Kachori masala. Keep it in the flour. And fold it well from all sides.
STEP 4.Now heat oil in a pan. And add all the flour balls, and fry on low flame. Remove when it turns golden brown.
STEP 5.Dry Masala Kachoris are ready.
