How to Make Dry Masala Kachori Recipe
STEP 01
Heat oil in a pan. Add all the spices to it, and cook it. Now let it cool down and grind it.
STEP 02
Mix salt, carom seeds and oil in the flour and make a soft dough. Now grind the vermicelli. Add powdered ground spices and red chili, turmeric, sesame, cashew, raisins and tamarind chutney and mix it well. Kachori masala is ready.
STEP 03
Now take a little dough from the flour. And take a small ball of Kachori masala. Keep it in the flour. And fold it well from all sides.
STEP 04
Now heat oil in a pan. And add all the flour balls, and fry on low flame. Remove when it turns golden brown.
STEP 05
Dry Masala Kachoris are ready.
