Ingredients for Dry Masala Kachori Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup all purpose flour
  • 0.83 Tbsp oil
  • 0.17 Tsp ajwain
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.67 Pieces th teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • 0.33 g fastin
  • 0.33 Tsp red dry chili
  • 0.67 g reen cardamom
  • 0.33 Tsp cumin
  • 0.33 Tsp coriander leaves
  • 0.17 Cup besan sev
  • 0.33 Tsp red chili powder
  • 0.17 Tsp turmeric
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp oil
  • 0.33 Tsp sesame
  • 0.33 Tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1.67 Pieces of cashews
  • 2.33 Pieces Raisins ( kismis)
  • 0.17 Litre oil for frying
  • 1 Pieces Clove

Directions: Dry Masala Kachori Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan. Add all the spices to it, and cook it. Now let it cool down and grind it.
  • STEP 2.Mix salt, carom seeds and oil in the flour and make a soft dough. Now grind the vermicelli. Add powdered ground spices and red chili, turmeric, sesame, cashew, raisins and tamarind chutney and mix it well. Kachori masala is ready.
  • STEP 3.Now take a little dough from the flour. And take a small ball of Kachori masala. Keep it in the flour. And fold it well from all sides.
  • STEP 4.Now heat oil in a pan. And add all the flour balls, and fry on low flame. Remove when it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Dry Masala Kachoris are ready.
