Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, semolina, and ghee to make a crumbly mixture.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and knead into a firm dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, mix mashed potatoes, peas, ginger, green chili, and spices to make the filling.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them. Place a spoonful of filling in the center and seal the edges.
  • STEP 5.Place the kachoris on a baking tray and brush them with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180��C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Serve the baked masala kachoris hot with chutney or yogurt.
