Dalia upma is a natural source of vitamin minerals, fibre etc.It contents extremely high protain and easy to digest.This dish too tasty .It iis very much healthy for children and old person.
STEP 1.1....Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan.Add dalia and roast them 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic.
STEP 2.2..one tsp of ghee in a cooker add jeera and let it splutter for a minute.Add ginger paste and hing stir a bit.
STEP 3.Add tomatoes and mix well,cook till the tomatoes turn mashy.
STEP 4.3...Add peas,beans carrots capcicum turmaric salt water to the cooker for two to three minutes. Let it cool and open the lid and mix some coriander leaves .
STEP 5.Serve hot with curd or sauce
