Ingredients for Tomato soup Recipe

  • 300 gm Tomatoes
  • 0.33 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black paper
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp tbs...butter
  • 2 Tbsp tbs...fresh cream
  • 2 Tbsp Croutons
  • to taste Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Directions: Tomato Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Melt 1 tbs butter in a pot on medium low heat.The butter should melt and slightly simmer,but not burn.
  • STEP 2.Add 1 bay leaf fry it in the butter for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic and 1/3 cup finely chopped onions to the pan and stirr.
  • STEP 4.Stirr until the onions become translucent 4/5 minutes..
  • STEP 5.Next add chopped tomatoes and a hearty pinch of salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cover and si.mer medium low heat until the tomatoes soften,(8to 1o) minutes.
  • STEP 8.Stirr occasionally and watch the constancy of the mixture.
  • STEP 9.After the tomatoes softened remove fromthe heat and cool.
  • STEP 10.Now add it to the blender.
  • STEP 11.Blend to a lovely smooth consistency to make the tomato soup puree.
  • STEP 12.Strain the puree through a strainer.
  • STEP 13.Pour thetomato puree back into the pot.and add 1+1/2 cup water.
  • STEP 14.Add 1 tsp suger.
  • STEP 15.Mix the tomato soup and suger very well.
  • STEP 16.Simmer on the low heat until the tomato soup become hot but it is not boiling..
  • STEP 17.Season with blackpaper.
  • STEP 18.Turn off the heat stirr 1 tbs cream
  • STEP 19.Mix well.
  • STEP 20.Croutons making....
  • STEP 21.1/4 cup ofbread cubes
  • STEP 22.1 tsp olive oil1 pinch of salt and one 1/4 tsp crushed black paper in a baking tray.
  • STEP 23.Make it very crunchy
  • STEP 24.Pour the hot tomato soup into bowl.
  • STEP 25.Add fresh cream and crispy Croutons on the top of the soup.
  • STEP 26.minutes .
