Ingredients for Dalia upma ,(broken wheat) Recipe

  • 1/4 gm oo gm...Dalia
  • 1/4 Tbsp I ...chopped small capsicum
  • 1/4 Tbsp Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped small carrot
  • 0.06 cup Chopped bean
  • 0.06 cup Peas
  • 0.06 tsp Cumin
  • 0.06 tsp Asofoetida
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger paste
  • 0.13 tsp Turmaric
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp Ghee
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Dalia Upma ,(broken Wheat) Recipe

  • STEP 1.1....Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan.Add dalia and roast them 2 to 3 minutes until aromatic.
  • STEP 2.2..one tsp of ghee in a cooker add jeera and let it splutter for a minute.Add ginger paste and hing stir a bit.
  • STEP 3.Add tomatoes and mix well,cook till the tomatoes turn mashy.
  • STEP 4.3...Add peas,beans carrots capcicum turmaric salt water to the cooker for two to three minutes. Let it cool and open the lid and mix some coriander leaves .
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with curd or sauce
