  • STEP 1.Heat ghee or oil in a pan and roast the broken wheat until it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 2.In another pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn translucent.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add the roasted broken wheat and water. Cook until the wheat is soft and cooked.
