STEP 1.Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash it nicely and add turmeric powder and salt with it and keep it side.
STEP 2.Add sour curd with it and keep it for 10 mins.
Cut the onions, coriander leaves and green chilli into small pieces.
STEP 3.Take a non stick pan and add half of the butter in it and add onions and green chilli and stir it nicely and then add garlic and ginger paste with it.
STEP 4.Stir continuously and then add chicken pieces and stir for 10 mins. Then add red chilli powder, sugar and tomato sauce and mix it nicely and add water and cover the pan and boil it.
STEP 5.After 15 mins remove the lid and it is seen that the gravy becomes dense and thick and make crushed of Cornflakes.
STEP 6.Now mix this crushed cornflakes with chicken.
STEP 7.Now mix cornflour with 2 tea spoons of water very well and then mix it with the cooked chicken.
STEP 8.Then mix all the ingredients properly and fry these for 3 mins and spread the cut coriander leaves upon the prepared chicken.
