Ingredients for Fish chop Recipe

  • 3/4 pieces of katla Fish
  • 1/4 nos Potato
  • 1/4 nos Onion
  • 1 nos green chili
  • 1/4 nos table spoon groundnut
  • As required required salt
  • 1/4 nos tea spoon fried cumin dust
  • 0.13 nos tea spoon red chili dust
  • 1/4 nos Table spoon cornflour
  • 1/4 nos table spoon besan
  • 1/2 nos table spoon dhania leaves
  • As required Oil for fry

Directions: Fish Chop Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the potato and katla fish and remove the bones from fish. Blend boiled fish, potato, green chili, groundnut in a mixer grinder and make a paste
  • STEP 2.Chop the onion and mix it with the paste.
  • STEP 3.Then mix cumin dust ,salt, red chili powde and chopped dhania leaves.
  • STEP 4.Then mix besan and cornflour with it and make a condensed batter. Take oil in a non stick pan and fry the fish chops on the pan.
  • STEP 5.So total eight fish chops are ready to serve.
