Ingredients for CRISPY BROCCOLI CASEWNUT STUFFINGS SNACKS Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Broccoli
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 7.50 Pieces casewnut
  • 1 Tsp kesri methi
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp inger paste
  • 2 Tbsp hee
  • NaN Cups Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cups Flour (maida)
  • 2.50 Pieces reen Chilli

Directions: Crispy Broccoli Casewnut Stuffings Snacks Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the Broccoli into some small pieces and wash it and boil it mixed with water for 5 mins and then drain the water and keep it side.
  • STEP 2.Remove the skin of the potato and cut it into small pieces. Cut the onion and green chilli into very small pieces.
  • STEP 3.Take a non stick pan and add 2 spoons of ghee in it and add cumin seeds and ginger paste.
  • STEP 4.Stir it nicely and then add Broccoli,, potato pieces and onions in it and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Stir it continuously and add green chillis, kesri methi and salt . When the broccoli and potatoes become fried then mix water .
  • STEP 6.Take casewnuts in a grinder and make crushed powder and mix it totally with broccoli and potatoes.
  • STEP 7.After some time when it is seen that there is no gravy and it just becomes dry,, then remove it from the pan and the tasty stuffings is ready.
  • STEP 8.Now take the flour means maida in a bowl and add salt and 2 spoons of ghee and mix water with it.
  • STEP 9.Then make a dough by mixing nicely this flour, salt ,ghee and water.
  • STEP 10.Make 3 balls of the dough and make round shaped like chapati and cut it from the middle.
  • STEP 11.Then add some stuffings in each of the half cutting portion and fold it from one side to another side and press the side. It is looked like a triangular shape .
  • STEP 12.Heat a non stick pan and add oil in it and deep fry all the snacks. Now all the ........ CRISPY BROCCOLI CASEWNUTS STUFFINGS SNACKS are ready to serve.
