Ingredients for TRICOLOUR EGG CURRY Recipe

  • 3 Pieces Egg
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp arlic paste
  • 1 Tsp inger paste
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 2 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • NaN Pieces Beet
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • 2 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1 Tsp pepper powder
  • 3 Tbsp Curd
  • 1 Tsp Cumin powder

Directions: Tricolour Egg Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil the eggs mixed with water and when it becomes cool remove the skin of the eggs.
  • STEP 2.Make the paste of three types.......
  • STEP 3.1....Red coloured paste Take Tomato,, Red dry chili ,,half of the onion and Beet in a grinder and make a paste.
  • STEP 4.2.....Green coloured paste Take Green Chilly,, Coriander leaves and half of the onion in a grinder and make a paste.
  • STEP 5.3.......White coloured paste Take Curd,, cumin powder and Pepper powder in a grinder and make a paste.
  • STEP 6.Heat the pan and add 1 spoon of mustard oil in it and add 1 boiled egg and add little salt,, sugar,, little garlic paste and little ginger paste.
  • STEP 7.Then add RED COLOURED PASTE in it and mix water and boil it for 10 mins. Now AMAZING HOT RED EGG CURRY is ready to serve.
  • STEP 8.Heat the pan and add 1 spoon of mustard oil and add 1 boiled egg and add little salt and sugar and little ginger paste and little garlic paste with it.
  • STEP 9.Then add Green coloured paste in it and mix water and boil it for 10 mins. Now AWESOME TASTY GREEN EGG CURRY is ready to serve.
  • STEP 10.Heat the pan and add butter and then add egg and stir it nicely and add little salt and sugar and little ginger paste and remaining garlic paste.
  • STEP 11.Then add White coloured paste with water and boil it for 10 mins. Now SUPER TASTY SOUR SWEET WHITE EGG CURRY is ready to serve.
