Ingredients for CHICKEN WONTON AND SOUP Recipe

  • 100 g Chicken
  • 200 g maida
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Cups Chopped cabbage
  • A Bunch Spring onion
  • 1.50 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Egg
  • As Required Salt
  • 1 Tsp Chilli flakes
  • 25 g Butter
  • 1/2 Cups Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/2 Tsp Cornflour
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • As Required For Ganishing pudina leaf

Directions: Chicken Wonton And Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first take maida,, salt ,,chilli flakes and half of melted butter and egg in a bowl and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add water and mix well and with the help of hand make a dough and keep it side by covering it with a dampy cloth.
  • STEP 3.Now take the chicken, chopped cabbage and spring onions (cut in small pieces )and green chilli (cut into small pieces) and
  • STEP 4.onions (chopped finely) along with pepper powder and salt in a prestige cooker and boil it properly.
  • STEP 5.Now for making the stuffing of wonton .........
  • STEP 6.Heat a non stick pan and add 1spoon of butter in pan and add half of the boiled chicken,,, cabbage,,, spring onion,,,, onions ,,green chilli along with some soup.
  • STEP 7.After some time when it becomes dry remove it from the pan and keep it in a bowl.
  • STEP 8.From the dough make three big balls and make like chapati and then cut the sides and make it square shape.
  • STEP 9.Keep the chicken stuffings in the one side and add grated cheese and then fold it from one corner to another corner.
  • STEP 10.Press the side with fingers and make a bag like structure by folding it from two opposite corners. In this way make six Wonton from 3 balls of dough.
  • STEP 11.Heat a non stick pan and add oil and then deep fry all six Wonton .
  • STEP 12.For making soup....... Heat the pan and add remaining butter and pour all the soup along with boiled chicken, cabbage, spring onion etc. and add cornflour and little pepper powder.
