Ingredients for CRISPY SPINACH PANEER LEAVES Recipe

  • 2.50 Pieces Spinach
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chat masala
  • 2.50 Pieces reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Origano
  • 1/2 Tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 Tbsp ram flour besan
  • 1/2 Tbsp hee oil
  • 1.50 Tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • NaN Cup Paneer

Directions: Crispy Spinach Paneer Leaves Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil one potato with water and when it becomes cool remove the skin of the potatoes
  • STEP 2.Cut the onion and green chilli into small pieces
  • STEP 3.Keep the boiled potatoes and paneer in a bowl and smash it nicely and add chopped onions and green chilli.
  • STEP 4.Then add chat masala, salt,chopped coriander leaves ,Origano and mixed herbs .
  • STEP 5.Add ghee with it and Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and it is ready.
  • STEP 6.Now take water and salt in a bowl and each spinach leaf is dipped into the water and place these on a big plate.
  • STEP 7.Take gram flour besan in a bowl and add water and chilli flakes and mix properly and make a batter.
  • STEP 8.Now place the smashed potatoes upon the spinach leaves and each spinach leaf with smashed potatoes is dipped into the batter.
  • STEP 9.Heat the pan and pour Sunflower oil and fry all the spinach leaves of both sides nicely.
  • STEP 10.Now the delicious amazing and awesome recipe......... CRISPY SPINACH PANEER LEAVES
