STEP 1.First, roast all the nuts and coconut except gondh until they become crisp and light golden in color on low to medium flame. Don't burn it. Then fry the gondh in 1 tbsp Desi ghee it becomes fluffy and crisp.
STEP 2.Now coarsely grind all the nuts and coconut except gondh in mixie on pulse mode(2-3 pulse). Don't make powder.
STEP 3.Keep aside coarsely crushed material. let it cool.
STEP 4.In the next step, we have to make sugar syrup. For this take a pan to add 3 cups sugar and 1.25 cups water and put it into medium to high flame to make a consistency of sugar syrup up to 3 strings.
STEP 5.Now take a big thali/dish/plate and grease it properly with Desi ghee.
STEP 6.Now add all the ingredients into the sugar syrup mix well and do mix a little fast they don't become dry and then pour into your greased thali/dish/plate.
STEP 7.Now leave it to set properly and then cut it into pieces.
STEP 8.Now ready to serve
