STEP 1.Take Maida add 4 spoon of oil and make a tight dough. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
STEP 2.For stuffing mix milk powder, dedicated coconut, sugar powder, cream and chopped dry fruits of your choice. Stuffing is ready. Now knead the dough again. Make small Puri apply water all the side fill the stuffing on half Puri and fold it. All side edges seal properly. Now make design with folk.
STEP 3.Make all the gunjiyas and cover them with a cotton cloth. Now fry them on low flame till they turn golden brown mad it is ready toh serve.
