STEP 1.For proof yeast, take 1 cup lukewarm milk in a bowl and add 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp active dry yeast and mix.
STEP 2.Cover and rest it for 15 minutes.
STEP 3.Take flour in a big mixing bowl and add olive oil and salt.
STEP 4.Add proved yeast, knead a soft dough from all ingredients, after kneading cover and leave it for 2 hours.
STEP 5.After 2 hours it will double in size, knead it again and divide in 9 equal parts.
STEP 6.Make medium size balls from it.
STEP 7.Mix butter, cocoa powder and sugar powder to make a creamy filling and fill 1 tsp filling in each balls.
STEP 8.Seal the edges and make it in round balls again, arrange in greased baking tray.
STEP 9.Leave them for 30 minutes, after this brush milk on top.
STEP 10.Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 20 minutes in middle rack of OTG on 180℃.
STEP 11.After bake immediately brush butter on buns.
STEP 12.Sweet choco buns are ready to enjoy.
