Ingredients For Chinese Noodle Soup Recipe

• 1 small packet vermicelli noodles
• 3 green onions, white part chopped
• 2 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped
• 2 No.s green chillies/jalape , sliced
• 2 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• 1 cube of Maggi vegetable seasoning, crushed
• 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
• 0.5 capsicum or bell pepper, finely chopped
• 0.5 zucchini squash, quartered
• As required Salt
• 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon Vinegar
• Celery leaves for garnishing
• 2 teaspoon sesame oil or any other cooking oil
