• 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Hot and sweet sauce
• 2 tablespoon corn flour
• 4 tablespoon Plain flour
• 0.25 teaspoon Red orange food colour
• As required Salt
• oil for frying
