  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, finely chopped onions, green chilies, grated coconut, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small portions and flatten them into round rotis using your hands or a rolling pin.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the rotis on medium heat until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with coconut chutney or pickle.
