STEP 1.Heat ghee and fry the gram flour till it turns golden in colour. Mix mawa, cardamom powder.
STEP 2.Prepare the syrup. Add gram flour and stir continuously. The barfi mixture is ready.
STEP 3.Grease the tray with ghee and spread the mixture of barfi. Garnish with chironji.
STEP 4.When the mixture is set, prepare the barfi pieces and serve.
