Ingredients for Besan Barfi Recipe

  • 0.13 cups Besan
  • 0.07 cup Sugar
  • 0.03 cup Ghee
  • 0.07 cup Mawa
  • 0.13 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 Pieces chironji

Directions: Besan Barfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat ghee and fry the gram flour till it turns golden in colour. Mix mawa, cardamom powder.
  • STEP 2.Prepare the syrup. Add gram flour and stir continuously. The barfi mixture is ready.
  • STEP 3.Grease the tray with ghee and spread the mixture of barfi. Garnish with chironji.
  • STEP 4.When the mixture is set, prepare the barfi pieces and serve.
