Ingredients For Beef Broccoli and Ginger Stir Fry Recipe

• 6 ounce 100 g thinly sliced beef
• 2 Spring onions/scallions
• 1 can Small head of broccoli, you also add other veggies such as green beans etc
• 1 inch Knob of ginger
• 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon Corn flour/corn starch
• 0.5 teaspoon Sesame oil
