And this healthy dinner takes just 30 minutes to prep, so it's about as quick as takeout too. Ginger, which adds a lively kick to this stir-fry, has long been touted for its power to settle stomachs.   • 450 gram Frying beef steak
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 300 gram Beef Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Light soy sauce
  • 5 gram Ginger
  • 3 Garlic cloves Nos
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • As required Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Broccoli And Ginger Beef Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 in a mixing bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour, 300 gm beef stock, 2 tbsp castor sugar, 2 tbsp light soy sauce and stir well till sugar and cornflour have dissolved.

  • STEP 2.2 in a wok heat 2 tbsp oil on high heat, add 450 gm frying beef steak cut into thin strips and stir fry for 2 to 4 minutes till browned.

  • STEP 3.3 add 5 gm finely chopped ginger , 3 cloves finely chopped garlic and stir.

  • STEP 4.4 add 200 gm broccoli cut into bite size pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add salt to taste and then stir.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 add the prepared stock mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir together well.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 turn off the what and transfer to a serving bowl.
