• 400 gram Hilsa fish
• 0.5 cup mustard Oil
• 1 teaspoon PanchPhoron
• 1.5 tablespoon tamarind paste
• 2 Chopped Tomatoes
• 0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 3 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
• 3 chopped green chillies
• Salt
• PanchPhoron
• 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
• 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon nigella seeds
• 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
• Method Mix the seeds together evenly. Store in an airtight container and use as per need
