A very delicious dish prepared from fish & tamarind water

Marinate the fish with turmeric,salt and red chilli powder.
Keep it for 15 mins.
Now grind cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds,cloves & cinnamon stick to make a powder
Take ½ onion,2 green chillies & coconut to make a paste.
In tamarind water add some salt and grinded powder.
Then add ginger garlic paste into the tamarind water and coriander powder.
Also add onion garlic chilli coconut paste & mix thoroughly.
Add oil in a kadai & heat it.
Add onions,green chillies,salt and saute it.
Now add turmeric,red chilli & coriander powder.
Mix it well.
Add tomatoes & then place the marinated fish in the kadai carefully
Now do not stir the fish even once with or without a ladle.
Cover and cook it at low flame for 5 mins.
Now add tamarind water and boil it at high flame.
Once it starts boiling then turn off the gas at low flame until oil separates.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
