STEP 1.Wash brinjal properly & apply oil on it & put on the gas burner to roast & turn brinjal & roast from all sides till it is soft from all sides.
STEP 2.Now remove it from the burner & cool for 5 minutes & then remove its skin & open the brinjal with the help of a knife because it will be very hot from inside.
STEP 4.Now put oil in a pan & add onions & ginger garlic paste in it & sauté it
STEP 5.Add salt to onions so it cooks fast.
STEP 6.Now when onions are cooked add tomatoes to it & sauté it till tomato are soft
STEP 7.Then add spices to it & sauté till oil gets separated from it.
