Ingredients for Baingan Bharta Recipe

  • 1/2 Large aubergine
  • 1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped or Medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes, finely chopped or Medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon 5 to Medium garlic cloves, finely chopped, about heaped finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Green chili, chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chili powder or add as required
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon Oil can use peanut oil or sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander leaves, chopped
