2 Brinjal / Baingan medium size cut into cubes apply salt for 15 minutes and wash
4 potatoes / Aloo medium peeled cubed and washed
2 onion medium finely sliced
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
0.5 teaspoon Kalonji/ nigella seeds
2 tomatoes medium chopped
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon coriander powder
0.5 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
