STEP 1.Heat 1sp ghee add apple grated and some orange pulp and sugar cook till sugar melts.
STEP 2.Add sooji mix well add milk and 1 cup water cook till all liquid absorb add zest mix it well add ghee again cook with covering for few minutes.
STEP 3.Add dry fruits and it's ready to serve.
