Ingredients for Bhakriza Recipe

  • 1 cups Jowar atta
  • 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 100 gms paneer small cubes
  • 1/4 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 As Required Pizza seasoning as needed
  • As Required Cheese slice as needed
  • As Required Blend cheese as needed
  • As Required For paneer marination
  • 2 tbsp thick curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Bhakriza Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make jowar roti using jowar atta and water(used paneer water) knead dough and make small balls,roll in roties and roast on hot tawa on sim flame both sides. In bowl add curd, coriander powder,jeera powder,garam masala, chilli powder,Kasuri methi,salt mix well add paneer cubes coat well and keep in frizer for 10min.
  • STEP 2.Take roti apply pizza sauce and may add cheese arrange vegetables pieces,paneer cubes,some more cheese heat tawa apply some ghee place prepared bhakrizza and cook till cheese melts and base becomes crunchy.
  • STEP 3.Take out and bhakrizza is ready serve.
