  • 0.13 cup sugarpowder
  • 1/25 cup Oil
  • 0.17 Tsp sp venila essence
  • 0.17 Tsp sp baking powder
  • 0.08 Tsp Baking soda
  • 0.08 cup buttermilk(vinegar+milk)
  • 0.33 Tsp sp cashews chopped
  • 0.33 Tsp sp tuttifruty

Directions: Eggless Venila Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Seive all-purpose flour,baking powder,bakingsoda,sugar powder. In another bowl add buttermilk,oil,venila essence mix well together then add dry ingredients mix again add chopped cashews,tutti fruity mix again well, Preheat kadai pour the prepared batter in greased dusted mould and cook for 40to45min.check with stick if it's not cook another few minutes,cool it and cut in pieces and enjoy/serve.
