Directions : Aloo Ki Sabzi Recipe

STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and cumin once splutter add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute and add green chili add chopped onion and cook till it

STEP 2.S translucent now add coriander powder, red chilli, and turmeric powder saute for 2 to 3 minutes add pureed tomato cook till oil separates add 1/4 cup water and cook for 2 minutes add dried fenugreek leaves add 1 cup water bring it to boil and add boiled potato cover it and cook for 2 minutes garnish it with coriander leaves
