  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • As required Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Mango Powder
  • 3 Boiled Potato
  • As required Coriander Leaf

step 1

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and cumin once splutter add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute and add green chili add chopped onion and cook till it

step 2

  • STEP 2.S translucent now add coriander powder, red chilli, and turmeric powder saute for 2 to 3 minutes add pureed tomato cook till oil separates add 1/4 cup water and cook for 2 minutes add dried fenugreek leaves add 1 cup water bring it to boil and add boiled potato cover it and cook for 2 minutes garnish it with coriander leaves
