STEP 1.Take a Pan add milk and boiled.when milk is boiled then switched off The gas and let's the milk cool for 2/3 min.then add lemon juice slowly and gradually untill milk becomes in chenna.now seperate chenna from the water by the stainer.now take a bowl add chenna and washed many times to remove the sourness of Lemon.now take a bowl spread a muslin cloth on the Bowl and put chenna in the muslin Cloth and tight the muslin cloth very lightly just to drain the water completely from the chenna.put it as or hang it for 1 hrs.now water completely drain out from the chenna.
STEP 2.Now put chenna in the large plate and start to knead well until it becomes smooth soft dow.it takes time.To check Dow is Ready or now take small portion of the Dow and rolled well when u seems any cracks on the balls then it has to knead once again.at the time of kneading just add 1 tsp of maida and knead well.when Dow is ready make lemon size balls.now this time we make sugar Syp by add sugar and water in a pan.here we don't want to make single strain sugar Syp just one boil and sugar completely melt in water.now low the Flame and add balls all at once.kept the flame low.then cover with a lid and put the flame high for 4 to 5 minutes.after 5 Minutes Open the Lid now balls becomes doubles in size and Becomes Spongy.
