Ingredients for Rabri sevai katori Recipe

  • 300 Gram Milk
  • 1/5 Cup Sevai
  • 0.60 Tbsp Sugar
  • 40 Gm Condense milk
  • 1/5 Tbsp Desi ghee
  • 2 Pieces Almonds
  • 1/10 Cup Pomagranate

Directions: Rabri Sevai Katori Recipe

  • STEP 1.1-Take a Pan add milk and boil.add sugar and reduced to 1/3 part of the milk.Rabri is Ready.
  • STEP 2.2-Take a pan add Desi ghee 1 tsp.now add Sevai and roast.now add Condensed Milk and mix well.at the same time take 2 small steel bowl and Grease with ghee.now fill with the mixture immediately.and give Katori shape.now kept in Refrigerator for 2 hrs to set.
  • STEP 3.3-Now remove the Sevai Katori from the steel bowl.fill with the Rabri,garnish with Dry Fruits Almonds and Pomegranate seeds.
  • STEP 4.4- your Very Delicious Tasty Dessert Recipe Rabri Sevai Katori is Ready.
