Strawberry Kaju is a sweet dish. I have made this recipe specially for janmashtami festival. Strawberry Kaju is made up of cashew, sugar syrup, cardamom powder, Desi ghee and food colour
STEP 1.Take kaju in a grinder jar and make a fine powder. Take a kadai add sugar and water.boil and make one string sugar syrup.now add kaju powder and mix well.keep stirring until it gets in Dow shape.add Desi ghee and mix well.now add cardamom powder and mix well.now divide this Dow in two part. In one part add strawberry colour and in other part add a pinch of green colour and little bit of orange colour and mix well.now two colours of Dow are ready.now take strawberry colour Dow and divide in small equal parts.now take one part and give strawberry shape.now take green colour Dow and make leaves. Now take a new comb and make a mark on the strawberry shape.now take leaves and attach on the strawberry.likewise do the same with the remaining dow.decorate with a clove.now very tasty and delicious Prasad Strawberry Kaju is Ready to bhog Lord Krishna on janmashtmi festival.
