Ingredients for Besan k Ladoo Recipe

  • 1/5 Cup Gram flour
  • 30 Gm Powder sugar
  • 1/20 Tbsp Cardamom
  • 0.07 Cup Desi ghee
  • 1 Gm Kaju
  • 1 Gm Badam

Directions: Besan K Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a Pan add Desi ghee and when ghee becomes hot add Gram Flour slowly and slowly and roast well on low flame.do not put whole gram flour at once.now take some water in your hands and spread the drops of water on the mixture that is why your Laddoo becomes porous or danedar.now rest the mix to cool.when mixture cools completely then add Powdered Sugar slowly slowly and mix well.add Cardamom powdered, and dry fruits.mix well.when sugar completely mix in the Mixture it's becomes thick. Now take small portion of the Mixture and make Laddoo garnish with almonds.Delicious Besan ke Laddoo is Ready.Thanks alot.
