Coconut Apple is a sweet dish. I have made this recipe for janmashtami festival. Coconut Apple is made up of coconut which have water inside sugar, cardamom powder, milk and food colour.

Ingredients for Coconut Apple Recipe

  • 0.07 Pieces Coconut
  • 0.03 Cup Sugar
  • 0.07 Litre Milk
  • 0.03 Tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.53 Drop Strawberry food colour
  • 0.27 Drop Green food colour
  • 0.13 Tsp Milk powder

Directions: Coconut Apple Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take milk in kadai and boil it till it reduces to 1/3 part. Take coconut, cuts in small pieces then make a fine paste by adding 1 cup of milk. Then add this paste in the milk and boil well on medium flame, keep stirring. add sugar and cardamom powder, milk powder in this mixture till it become thick like a Dow. Now add Desi ghee in this Dow and let's the Dow little bit cool. Then divide this Dow in two portions. In one large portion add strawberry food colour and mix well, then make small balls from this strawberry Dow and make a apple shape structure by pressing a in pressing our index fingers on the top of the balls, now apple shape is ready. Now take second portion of the Dow add green food colour and mix well take a small balls from the green Dow and make a leaves like structure and attache on the apple. Now add one cloves on the top of the apple. Here is a very delicious and tasty coconut Apple is ready.
