• 1 Chicken or vegetable stock cube
• 1 Seeds from ne pomegranate
• 125 gram 1 log of soft goats cheese approx/4. 5 oz, chopped into bite size chunks
• bunch Large bunch mixed herbs i used a mixture of coriander cilantro, parsley and mint, roughly chopped
• 5 tablespoon Olive oil
• 2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 3 teaspoon Honey
• pinch Pinch salt and pepper
