• 4 drop Tabasco sauce
• 400 gram 2 x cans peeled whole tomatoes
• 0.25 teaspoon Oregano
• 1 teaspoon Vegetable stock powder
• 420 gram Red Kidney Beans
• 4 Tortillas or any flat, round bread e. g. pita
• 0.5 cup Cheese, Grated
• 2 Spring onions, chopped
