Mexican indian mashup tacos filled with avacados, onions, peppers, black olives, tomatoes, kidney beans, jalapeno, cheese and other seasoning ingredients.
STEP 1.Take a pack of taco shells, bake at 325 Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 2.Take a bowl and add some chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, some corns, some chopped onions, capsicum, a cup of kidney beans, some cilantro, and mix well.
STEP 3.For spices add some black pepper, squeeze some lemon juice, a spoon of extra virgin oil. mix nicely.
STEP 4.Rajma salad is ready
STEP 5.Now take 2 large riped avocados. Cut them open and remove from skin. Mash the cut up avocados using a fork.
STEP 6.Add a lemon juice, some black pepper and salt along with some corinader chutney.
STEP 7.Take the baked taco sheels out, put a layer of avocado chutney and then fill the tacos with rajma stuffing.
STEP 8.Put some mayonnaise or sour creame, put some mexican blend cheese., top with some olives, jalapenos and tomatoes.
STEP 9.Tacos are ready, serve fresh.
