Ingredients For Upma Recipe

• 0.5 cup Roasted semolina
• 1 cup Water
• 2 tablespoon Oil/ghee
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 2 tablespoon Chana dal soaked overnight
• 1.5 tablespoon Urad dal soaked overnight
• 8 Curry leaves
• 1 Onion chopped finely
• 1 inch Ginger chopped finely
• 1 Green chilly chopped finely
• 1 T/s mustard seeds
• 0.5 T/s hing
• 8 Crushed roasted peanuts
• 8 Roasted cashewnuts
• 1 Carrot chopped or grated finely
• Few chopped coriander leaves
• As required Salt as per taste
