• For stuffing
• 1 cup Red ,yellow and green capsicum
• 50 gram Cottage cheese
• 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
• As required Salt
• As required Black pepper
• 0.5 cup Thinly sliced purple cabbage
• 0.5 cup Thinly sliced capsicums
• 4 tablespoon tomato chilli sauce
