A nutritious recipe prepared from soya chunks, corn flour, potatoes, chickpeas flour and seasoning ingredients that are garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
STEP 1.Take some soya chunks and grind them. Make a powder and add boiling water and let it rest for 10 minutes
STEP 2.Take some potatoes and boil them, grate the potatoes in a bowl, add some salt, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and now add the soya chunks. Mix well and make small balls.
STEP 3.Take a wok, heat some oil on medium flame- high heat oil is required to fry and then deep fry the balls made. Fry till they get dark brown in color
STEP 4.Take a pan, add 2 tablespoon of oil and add some bayleaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and green chillies, after frying a lilttle add some turmeric powder and coriander powder.
STEP 5.Take 2 tomatoes, 2 green chillies and one ginger. Make a paste and add it to the pan. Add red chilli powder and dry fenugreek powder. Roast the spices for 10 minutes. add a cup of chickpea flour and cook for a few minutes. Add 2 cups of water and keep cooking. Make a boil.
STEP 6.Add some garam masala, green coriander and salt to taste and mix well.
STEP 7.When the curry is made add the fried balls. Serve hot.
