Directions: Soyabean (nutrella) Ki Sabzi Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the soyabean chunks in water for about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until the onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Drain the soaked soyabean chunks and add them to the pan. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add water and cover the pan. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until the soyabean chunks are cooked and tender.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
