A flavorful Costa Rican soup consisting of chicken stock, oil, milk or cream, chopped onions, garlic and sweet pepper which is almost exclusively consumed in Costa Rica.
STEP 1. add mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, vinegar, chopped cilantro and lime juice to it.

STEP 1.in a pan add chicken broth, boneless chicken, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme.

STEP 1. let it boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.

STEP 1.heat some oil in a pan and add chopped green onions, green chilI and cook it for 5 minutes.

STEP 1.add tomatoes and cook.
step 6
STEP 1. mix this with the chicken and season with salt and lime juice.
step 7
STEP 1. cook it for 10 minutes.
