How to Make Sopa De Conchas Recipe

STEP 01

To a blender add garlic,tomatoes,onion and 1 cup of water, blend into a smooth paste and set aside.

STEP 02

Heat oil in a pot, Add conchas pasta and stir and cook for 5 minutes. Now add chicken bouillon, water, tomatoes mix and cook for another 20 minutes.
