Ingredients for Sopa De Pejibaye Recipe

  • 9 cup Chicken Broth
  • 5 piece breast half boneless chicken
  • 1 No.s red onion
  • 5 No.s garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 inch chopped green onion
  • 1 No.s chile pepper
  • 1/2 piece Lime
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • As required Tortilla

Directions: Sopa De Pejibaye Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. add mayonnaise, yogurt, minced garlic, vinegar, chopped cilantro and lime juice to it.

step 2

  • STEP 1.in a pan add chicken broth, boneless chicken, onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme.

step 3

  • STEP 1. let it boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 1.heat some oil in a pan and add chopped green onions, green chilI and cook it for 5 minutes.

step 5

  • STEP 1.add tomatoes and cook.

step 6

  • STEP 1. mix this with the chicken and season with salt and lime juice.

step 7

  • STEP 1. cook it for 10 minutes.
