STEP 1.🌿 First take a bowl strain the gram flour then add turmeric and asafoetida and mix it
STEP 2.🌿now take another bowl add water sugar salt and citric acid and And stir well with a spoon so that the sugar & citric acid mixes well.
STEP 3.🌿Gradually add water to the gram flour mixture. And stir well and keep it side atlest 10 -15 minutes
STEP 4.🌿Now add oil chillies and ginger paste then mix it
STEP 5.🌿now put the soda in the batter and stir contously atlest 4-5 minutes
STEP 6.🌿Now we will see that our mixteur has become fluffy.
STEP 7.🌿 Now take dhokla stemer or kadhai and water to it and heat the steamer
STEP 8.🌿Now take a tin or thali and greese with some oil
STEP 9.🌿Now transfer the mixture in the tin or thali
STEP 10.🌿Now put the tin in the steamer and will steam for 5 minutes on highflame. After that low the flame and cook for 8-10 minutes
STEP 11.🌿 Now check the khaman with the help of knife
STEP 12.If knife clean comes out then our khaman is ready.
STEP 13.🌿Now we will cool the khaman and now it will be great with grated or with the help of hands
STEP 14.🌿Now take a pen heat the oil then add mustered seeds hing seesme seeds green chillies curry leaves then add water sugar salt & lime juice and cook for 4-5 minutes
STEP 15.🌿Now add grated khaman in it and cook for 3-4 minutes and mix some raising and coriender leaves
STEP 16.🌿 Now take a serving plate add khamni then add raising pomegranate nylon sev and coriander leaves
