Ingredients for Shahi paneer Recipe

  • 40 g rams paneer cubes
  • 0.40 Tsp fresh cream
  • 2 Pieces Cashew
  • 1.60 Pieces Peanuts
  • 0.40 Pieces Dried whole red chillies
  • 0.80 Pieces Whole Black paper
  • 1/5 Pieces Small piece of cinnamon
  • 2 Pieces Cloves garlic
  • 1/5 Tsp dry fengureek powder
  • 0.40 Pieces cloves crush garlic
  • A Few some coriander leaves
  • 0.40 Pieces medium onions roughly chopped
  • 0.60 Pieces For medium tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1/5 Pieces bay leaf
  • 1/5 Pieces black cardamom
  • 0.40 g reen cardamom
  • As Required Salt as per taste
  • 1/10 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/5 Tsp kitchen King masala
  • 0.40 Tsp Oil
  • 1/5 Tsp butter

Directions: Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌿First, take a pan to add onions tomatoes garlic ginger bay leaf cardamom cashew peanut long whole red chili cinnamon and black pepper then add 3/4 cup water and boil until tomatoes become mushy.
  • STEP 2.🌿Now cool down the gravy and remove bay leaf black and green cardamom and grind in a grinder and make a smooth puree after that strain the gravy now take a pan heat the oil and butter then add the puree and cook 5-7 minutes then add salt red chili powder garam masala and turmeric.
  • STEP 3.🌿Now add fresh cream and mix it now add paneer cubes and mix well then add kitchen King masala dry fenugreek powder and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.🌿Now, shahi paneer is ready to serve.
